Started in Calgary, still run from Calgary
Mark Dawson started City Roofing & Exteriors in 2011. Today the company does 200 to 300 jobs a year, from a single leak on a house to a $3.5 million flat roof for Ice River Springs.
We work on houses, condos, multi-family buildings and commercial properties across Calgary, plus Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere and Okotoks. Since 2014 we have documented more than 1,200 hail claims for homeowners and their insurers.
Our shingles are mostly IKO and Malarkey, and our flat roofs are IKO torch-on.
