My experience with City Roofing was stress free and friendly. I called around to a bunch of different companies and City Roofing offered the best price out of any of them. Mark was very helpful in answering all my questions and both him and Ashley were a pleasure to deal with. I went up to inspect the roof after the job was done and the quality of the work appears to be top-notch! I can definitely recommend City Roofing for your roofing needs.

The team were excellent and got my roof up and done in no time at all. I was working from home all through out the roofing and was not interrupted while the work was being done. The crew tidied up afterwards and were pleasant and answered general queries when I had some. They worked with our schedule and delivered excellent value for money.

City Roofing & Exteriors did most of the repairs on our house from the recent hail damage. From the initial estimate visit, Mark was very helpful and gave a number of options as well as fair costs. The demo and installation was fast as well. 1 day for the roof, 4 days siding (whole house), 1 day windows (demo & installation). Had trouble with the bank/insurance money and Ashley was very helpful and considerate. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work, communication and professionalism.

This guys are awesome good work especially to Mark and Dylan.... I will recommend this company for any hail damage problem; hence they are easy to deal with compare it to other roofing company( fake)!!!! Thanks again.

Right from the first initial meeting to go over all of the hail damage to our home and garage it has been an amazing experience very professional once the construction started the guys that were on site cleaned up every night and made it all nice and neat they were meticulous very thorough of making sure everything was perfect on the house the garage the shed I would highly recommend city roofing and we will use them if we ever need to in the future

Our family had just finished our process with fixing our exterior housing from the Calgary hailstorm earlier this year. We thank Cody and his crew for being proactive and transparent with our situation. They made it a comfortable experience and had our roofing completed in just a few days with great quality and service. We will definitely be returning clients should our housing have problems again.

We had a very good experience with City Roofing to replace our old roofing and part of the gutters damaged by a tree. The price was very reasonable and the crew was very professional and on time, finished all of the work in a day, and cleaned up everything before they left. City Roofing is not an accredited business. I Absolutely Not Recommend Them. Unethical, unreliable, and disingenuous staff and management.I contracted City Roofing & Exteriors to repair my house’s roof, soffit and fascia. After months of waiting they left my family in dark with more cost and repairs. Mark, whom I mostly dealt with, acts super sincere, friendly, honest, and promises anything and everything to get your business. After, my experience with Mark, I can share with you he is a very dishonest and disingenuous individual. You really need to get everything he promises in WRITING.He originally estimated me for $11000.00 plus tax for our house’s roof, soffit, and fascia. On November 20th, he revised the quote asking for additional $1000.00 to finish the remaining job, plus they were refusing to do anymore work unless new revised quote was drawn up and they are fully paid. All of these was brought to my attention after 80% of job was completed. After, I fully paid him. He promised within a week or so they will complete the remaining job. Unfortunately, I could never get a hold of Mark again, despite dozen times he promised he will call me back, which he never did.After dozens of failed attempt, I reached out to Ken, who was the project manager. I shared with him my concern and requested follow up with regard to our house’s roof and their workmanship deficiencies. He responded by texting me a roof picture and calling me names. This is the quality of people I dealt with at City Roofing and Exteriors.They have left our house’s roof with many serious workmanship deficiencies. I have respectively reached out to them, they have been totally unresponsive. Even I have reached out to them through Alberta Better Business Bureau, which is part of their business accreditation, still no response. They refuses to honor and follow their promised 10 years workmanship warranty.My family and I had the worst experience with Mark and City Roofing and Exteriors management. Very unprofessional and unethical. City Roofing & Exteriors management team are very unprofessional and unreliable contractor. Terrible communication internally and externally. Absolute poor quality of service. Do not be misled by their over promises, lowest price and quality service. Save yourself the headache and stress.

We recently got our roof replaced by City Roofing & Exteriors. They did a fantastic job and we are extremely satisfied the workmanship done by the crew. We got our quote within 24 hours from Mark and he has taken great care of us. The crew are punctual and did an amazing job. They completed our new roof in one day. They cleaned up all the mess around the house. Making sure all the nails are picked up. We truly appreciate all the staff of City Roofing for their quality services and we will highly recommend them to our family and friends.

City roofing replaced my roof in April 2020 and they did a great job. They provided a quote within 3 hours of me contacting their website and the job was completed within 4 days after I approved their quotation. Roof looks great and the clean up was fantastic. Thanks guys!

Just had City Roofing come out and do an emergency roof leak repair. The guys were at my house till almost 9:00 PM making sure that the leak was fully sealed. I've never in my life seen such hardworking men. Highly recommend their services- Wayne

Called City Roofing for a quote. They were nice and provided a quote only after two reminders a week later. Then, after agreeing to proceed with the work, City Roofing became totally non-responsive to three separate voicemails left over a week. Guess they are not interested in the work after all... City Roofing is definitely not a 5-star company and I've since moved on to another company.

Did a nice job with the roof. Showed up on time and worked hard. Unfortunately you really need to get everything in writing with them. I had mentioned to Mark that I was interested in gutter guards on top of the roof. He mentioned it would probably be around 500. When roofers came i kept asking how much it would be. Never could get an answer. Next thing i know they are putting them up and then give me a bill for 2000. Disappointing.

Best price by far! I called and got 3 quotes before going with them.They did a very high quality job and they completed it in one day. When I asked any questions they explained everything to me. I am going to recommend them to a family friend, and I'd recommend you give them a call for a quote at least if your shopping for a new roof.

I think this company is amazing. I called Mark for a quote on a new roof and received my quote in 24 hrs. I needed a downspout rerouted and I needed it done by Sunday as I have a home inspection booked. Shawn came out in the rain on Friday evening just to get this done for me. He also went above and beyond and took a look at the rest of my roof as well. Undoubtedly one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend them and will be referring them to everyone I know. Exceptional customer service!

I am a realtor in Calgary for 17 years and have encountered with so many trades. I used City Roofing and Exterior the first time for my own house for new gutters and fascia. The work they had preformed, from getting a quote until the job was completely done , the services they provided was far behind my expectations. I am soooo thrilled with the workmen ship, the energy of the team and the tidiness afterward. The team respects my property with so much care and so on. I contacted them through their online messaging system. One person rang and booked an appointment to come in for an estimate. He never showed up! I rang to find out what was going on. The person who picked up the phone said he would find out and get back to me but he never did!Update on 11th April'19- Mark from City roofing rang and informed that he was unwell hence couldn't keep the appointment. He apologfised for not canceling appointment. He offered Tim Horton's voucher which declined but thanked him for the offer. He'll come over to give a quote.

Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get their roof replaced. Incredible prices and workmanship. Entire job was done in 3 days including 2 new skylights special ordered and installed. Ken and Cody was a pleasure to be in communication with, they are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We went to Ken's office and choose a shingle color in person because I could not decide on one from the pictures. He also texted me the address of the home in the neighborhood in which they completed a year ago with the same color so we can actually see it in natural lighting. We are extremely pleased with the service we received. Thanks Ken and the team.

Shopped around for a roofing contractor and settled on City Roofing. Very happy that I did. Got a lower price estimate from City than the others. They showed up, got my house and garage done in one day - the crew didn’t stop until it was done, which was excellent, because we got rain and hail shortly after they left. Also impressive was the clean-up done by the crew- you would never know they were here! Great job, City!

Actually, one of my company friends recommend me the City Roofing so, I tried to contact the company in order to get the quote in the last winter. They suggested the reasonable price and there was no hidden costs. I really satisfied, because they finished the roof replacement work just before the heavy rain. The most impressed thing is “One day service” even though, they cleaned all gutters and replaced the rotting wood underneath shingles for free.Definitely, I’m going to say “Awesome company” so I have already recommended this company to my friends.I really appreciate the all staff of City Roofing. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get their roof replaced. Incredible prices and workmanship. Entire job was done in only about 8 hours. Cody was a pleasure to be in communication with, he is knowledgable and extremely friendly. He even made time for me to come by his office and choose a shingle color in person because I could not decide on one from the pictures. I am extremely pleased with the service I received.
